Pond Logic Ultra PondWeed Defense is a broad spectrum pondweed control/contact herbicide. Pond Logic Ultra PondWeed Defense works on all pond weeds including submerged, floating and emergent weeds. Pond Logic Ultra PondWeed Defense may be used for short term control of duckweed and watermeal in slow moving water. Use all season long on actively growing weeds for best results.

Ultra PondWeed Defense Dosage Rates:

• 1 quart of Ultra PondWeed Defense treats up to 5,000 sq. ft.
• 1 gallon of Ultra PondWeed Defense treats up to 20,000 sq. ft.

For best results, use Ultra PondWeed Defense with Treatment Booster PLUS. Treatment Booster PLUS is designed to maximize weeds algae treatments by helping to spread and bond the treatment to its target weed/algae. Treatment Booster PLUS also breaks down the surface of the weed/algae allow the treatment to penetrate. When using with Treament Booster PLUS, mix 16 fl oz of Ultra PondWeed Defense, 4 fl oz of Treatment Booster PLUS with 1.5 gallons of water to treat up to 2,500 sq. ft.

When To Use Ultra PondWeed Defense:

Ultra PondWeed Defense should be applied to target weeds while they are active and growing. The active ingredients in Ultra PondWeed Defense will be absorbed by the plant where it travels to the roots killing the entire plant.

How To Use Ultra PondWeed Defense:

Mix the desired amount of Ultra PondWeed Defense and pond water in accordance to label directions. Using a pressurized sprayer, spray the Ultra PondWeed Defense mixture directly onto target weeds. Treated weeds will begin to brown and die. Once weeds are completely dead, cut and rake them away to prevent an accumulation of plant decay and pond muck.
